The cuisine is the pride of our hospitality and is personally supervised by chef Nicola Mancuso, owner of the Hotel Barbiani.

From breakfast to dinner, all the products on the table are of our own production. Starting from the sweet and savoury cakes at breakfast to the double lunch and dinner menu.

Every day at lunch we also propose fish specialities, fresh pasta, a wide buffet of cooked and raw vegetables, children’s menus and dishes on request for food intolerances.

Every week we organise a Romagna-style evening where local specialities are served, carefully selected and prepared for you.
We also take care of children’s needs and Nicola is always available to satisfy their requests.
